I. PRESENTATION
1. PUBLISHER
The website www.chateau-ducru-beaucaillou (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is published by Ducru Beaucaillou SA, a public limited company with a capital of 1,568,640 Euros, registered in the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register under the number 781 993 266, with its registered office at Château Ducru-Beaucaillou, 33250 Saint-Julien Beychevelle, France. 2. ACCESS TO THE SITE
Connection to the www.chateau-ducru-beaucaillou site implies acceptance of these Legal Notices. Ducru Beaucaillou SA reserves the right to modify and update these Legal Notices at any time, it being specified that modifications and updates to the Legal Notices apply as soon as they are posted online. Ducru Beaucaillou SA maintains this Site for the use of people legally authorised to consume or purchase alcoholic beverages, and this in countries in which the consumption or purchase of alcoholic beverages is legal.

1. OWNERSHIP
Ducru Beaucaillou SA is owner of the domain name of the Site. Consequently, unless otherwise stated, the intellectual property rights to the documents contained on the Site and each of the elements created for the Site are the exclusive property of Ducru Beaucaillou SA. 2.PENALTIES

Ducru Beaucaillou SA may use “cookie” files placed on the computers of visitors to its Site. 2. APPLICABLE LAW
These notices are established in accordance with French law and in particular the provisions of law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy and law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms, modified by law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004. French courts have territorial jurisdiction to hear any dispute relating to the use of the Site, unless otherwise provided for by Regulation No. 44/2001 of 20 December 2000 on jurisdiction, recognition and enforcement of decisions in civil and commercial matters (Brussels I).
